Trees of Hope

Annual Trees of Hope Event

Our annual Trees of Hope event of takes place for just ten days from December 5-13, but the event benefits the House all year long. Volunteers pour a lot of love into the event, knowing how important it is to the financial well being of the House. As the single largest fundraiser of the year, the holiday event provides critically needed resources to support the 400 families who stay at the House each year.

Trees of Hope is a huge undertaking requiring year-round efforts on the part of volunteers and staff. In addition to recruiting community support and organizing the tree display, volunteers staff a Holiday Gift Boutique, put together raffle baskets, solicit ads for a program book, and line up musical entertainment. More than 25 volunteers serve on the committee and additional volunteers help at the event.
